§ Mr. HoyThere has been no occasion for the Secretary-General of the European Free Trade Association to communicate with my right hon. Friend on this subject. The Working Party on Fish reports to the Association's permanent Council, which is made up of representatives of all the member-countries. Consideration of the fisheries policies of E.F.T.A. member-countries is outside the Working Party's present terms of reference.
