§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyI understand that the Furness shipyard is to be acquired by Swan Hunter and Tyne Shipbuilders Ltd. and will continue in operation. The provision of Board of Trade assistance is always subject to appropriate safeguards which come into effect if a business in receipt of such assistance closes.
