§ Mr. Will Owenasked the Minister of Transport if he is aware of the growing practice of new entrants into the taxi-service to use an external roof light, which causes confusion with ambulances, fire vehicles and police cars which are so equipped; and whether he will consider urgently steps to control this practice.
