§ Mr. Leslie Huckfieldasked the Minister of Transport when he proposes to introduce the quality licensing provisions of the Transport Act.
§ Mr. MarshI expect to bring in operators' licensing towards the end of 1969. Transport managers' licensing will be introduced later; the exact date will depend upon the progress of the extensive consultations I expect to have with industry about the details of the scheme.
