§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesMy predecessor informed the House on 4th March, 1968 that the Government proposes to review the whole of our foot-and-mouth disease policy, including the present import arrangements, after the Northumberland Committee has reported. I cannot therefore anticipate this review.
