§ Mr. Clark Hutchisonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will set out in the OFFICIAL REPORT the cost of office premises acquired by the various regional water boards set up under the Water (Scotland) Act, the number of additional staff recruited by each board and the annual cost of such staff.
