§ 42. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Minister for the Civil Service whether he is aware that many Government Departments are posting letters to Members of Parliament in O.H.M.S. envelopes without the bold black figure 1 in a black-ruled box thus causing letters to be delayed two or three days in reaching Members; and whether he will take appropriate action to ensure that mail to Members of Parliament is not held up because of Departments using the wrong tier mail or incorrect envelopes.
