§ Mr. PrenticeAid to Zambia for development purposes in the financial year86W 1968–69 is expected to amount to about£4¼ million. More than three quarters of this sum is to help meet the costs of employing British people in Zambia. Contingency support to offset the effect of sanctions against Rhodesia, which is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, will amount to approximately£3.15 million.
