In the year ending 31st December, 1968, total disbursements of British Government aid to Malawi are expected to amount to just over£8 million. This includes a budgetary grant of£3.3 million, loans for development projects, loans to assist the Malawi Government to meet compensation and commuted pension payments to expatriate staff, and substantial technical assistance in various forms.
