§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyI am aware that production and employment is concentrated in the industrial belt of West Central Scotland, where 56 per cent. of the insured population of Scotland live. The full range of development area incentives is available for industrial expansion in the North of Scotland, and the Board of Trade encourage suitable firms to site new projects in this area.
