§ 45. Mr. Bruce-Gardyneasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if she will give an assurance that the agreement between 15,000 employees and their employers in the baking industry in Scotland, due to come into effect in February, 1969, will not be frozen and will not be referred to the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
§ Mrs. CastleMy Department is awaiting further information from the parties in justification of this settlement under the productivity, prices and incomes policy. No decision will be taken until it has been considered.
