§ 78. Mr. Oakesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will arrange for a supply of leaflet N-1–95 to be sent to all justices' clerks, solicitors and citizens advice bureaux.
§ Mr. PentlandWe already provide solicitors and Citizens Advice Bureaux and certain other organisations with copies of this leaflet which explains the position in the National Insurance Scheme of a woman whose marriage has ended by divorce or annulment. Our arrangements provide for a copy of the leaflet to be issued with the copy of a decree absolute sent to the wife. Copies are not sent to justices' clerks since action for divorce or annulment is not a matter for magistrates' courts.
