Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Postmaster-General why he officially advised an individual, whose name has been supplied to him, that under the regulations a licence is not needed for a radio device fitted to a car which gives warning of the vehicle approaching a police radar trap; and whether, in view of the fact that this advice is contrary to that supplied by his Department in 1965, he will make a statement.
