§ Mrs. Shirley WilliamsThe Tropical Products Institute is undertaking some work on insect pheromones under the Ministry of Overseas Development, but there is no evidence that work in this field can be made relevant to the control of insect pests in this country. The Research Committee on Toxic Chemicals of the Agricultural Research Council keeps the situation under review.
