Mr. James Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will make a statement about the next stage of constitutional development for British Honduras; and whether he has now received a request from the British Honduras Government regarding a constitutional conference in 1969.
§ Mr. William WhitlockNo date has yet been fixed for a Conference. As frequently stated in the House, when detailed constitutional proposals are made we shall be ready to consider them.
