§ Mr. Edward ShortLocal education authorities can fix the timing of the school day to suit local conditions. I have not asked them to inform me about any changes. I am considering with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Trans-128W port what further advice can be given to authorities about traffic dangers to children travelling to school in the dark.
