HC Deb 14 November 1968 vol 773 c144W
Q11. Mr. Biggs-Davison

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the fact that funds raised by the National Society for Mentally Handicapped Children are lying idle because of uncertainty as to which Minister is responsible for the training of severely sub-normal children, he will expedite a decision.

The Prime Minister

The consultations to which I referred in my reply to a Question by the hon. Member for Farnham (Mr. Maurice Macmillan) on the 15th of February have now taken place. The views expressed are being considered and a decision will be taken as soon as possible.—[Vol. 358, c. 411.]
