Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if she will take steps to provide conciliation facilities with a view 141W to resolving the dispute between the Boilermakers' Society and the Upper Clyde Shipbuilders so as to prevent the strike of boilermaker tradesmen which is planned to take place on 18th November.
