§ Mr. RossThe Registrar-General's estimate of the net loss by migration from Scotland in the year to June, 1968 is 33,000. This figure is 81, 77, 70 and 73 per cent. of the figures in 1963–64, 1964–65, 1965–66 and 1966–67, respectively.
