§ Mr. Merlyn ReesMiss Gash, who came here for a holiday with friends, was refused admission in accordance with the Southern Rhodesia (United Nations Sanctions) (No. 2) Order 1968, and in conformity with a resolution of the United Nations Security Council, as being the holder of a Rhodesian passport in whose case there were no exceptional humanitarian grounds for admission.
