§ Mr. Cledwyn HughesDiscussions with our overseas suppliers have been conducted so far on the basis of a proposed period of restraint to 31st March, 1969. I am now intending to lengthen the period to 31st March, 1970 and I am actively pursuing the discussions on this new basis.
