§ Mr. GreenwoodSome provisions which require no accompanying regulations will be brought into operation at the end of this month. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales and I expect to bring in the bulk of Parts II to VI of the Act on 1st January, 1969. Part I will be brought into operation in selected areas at times fitting local circumstances.
