§ Mr. MellishThe report of the Committee set up by my predecessor to advise on the co-ordination of Underground Services has now been published under the title "The Common Trench" and is available at the Library and through Her Majesty's Stationery Office, price 3s. 6d. The Committee is continuing its work and a further bulletin on legal, financial and management aspects of this problem will be published early next year.
