§ Mr. Maurice Macmillanasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will give details of the constitution and functions of the area health boards in the new structure of the National Health Service outlined in the Green Paper, including the method by which the members will be chosen.
§ Mr. EnnalsI have nothing to add at this stage to what is said in the Green Paper about these matters. Aspects of membership, if area health boards were set up, are among the points on which comments have been particularly invited.
