§ Mr. EnnalsThe Health Education Council are now responsible for the central direction of the smoking and health campaign in England and Wales. I understand they are at present considering its future shape. The anti-smoking campaign in Scotland is a matter for my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland.
