§ 68. Mr. Kimballasked the Minister of Transport if he will give greater priority to the Cabourne, Lincolnshire, by-pass on the A46 and allow its inclusion by the Lindsey County Council in the next three-year programme.
§ Mr. MarshEarly last month the Lindsey County Council, which is the local highway authority responsible for the A46, were invited by my Divisional Road Engineer to propose schemes on principal roads which they recommend for inclusion in the divisional programme during the next two or three years. It is20W too early to say whether any particular proposal will be included.
