Dr. Bennettasked the Secretary of State for Defence by whose authority Land Rover 83 EL 65 was driven at a sustained speed of 55 to 60 miles per hour through the limited zones of the M4 and the Cromwell Road Extension between 3 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. on 28th May, 1968.
