§ Mr. Buchananasked the Lord Privy Seal why he has not moved to approve the recommendation of the Select Committee on Education and Science contained in the Second Special Report, dated 30th April, that additional Scottish Members should be appointed to the subcommittee due to visit and take evidence in Scotland.
§ Mr. PeartI understand that there were difficulties in the appointment of additional Members in time to take part in the enquiry which started this week.
