§ 43. Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Health if he will seek to reach an agreement with the professional bodies con- 192W cerned, that where their scales of fees are based on the total cost of the project, that in the case of hospital building and improvements, the fees shall be limited to the estimate made at the outset of the project in the event of a long delay in starting building leading to an increase in total costs.
