Mr. Bob BrownI understand that the public hearings of the Court of Inquiry will finish in a few days' time. But we cannot yet say when Mr. E. Brian Gibbens, Q.C., will be able to present his report. We cannot anticipate the recommendations of the inquiry, but the hon. Member will know that several additional safeguards have been introduced to help to ensure the safe use of automatic half-barrier crossings.
