§ Dr. Dickson MabonThe new towns are making an increased contribution from their growing housing programmes. My right hon. Friend is also discussing with Glasgow Corporation and surrounding authorities the possibility of developments outside Glasgow in which houses would be built for letting to tenants nominated by Glasgow.
