§ Mr. DellThe detailed arrangements are at present being worked out in consultation with a wide range of professional bodies concerned with advising on management and production techniques, design and marketing. My right hon. Friend hopes to launch the pilot scheme next month. He will announce the details then and will be seeking the necessary Parliamentary authority for the expenditure involved.
