§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science, when his approval is likely to be given to the establishment of a primary school of 560 62W places at the site and building now occupied by the Brixton School of Building in Sussex Road, in view of the pressure on primary school places in the Lambeth, Norwood, constituency.
