§ 47. Mr. Pavittasked the Minister of Health if he will authorise hospital authorities and health centres to purchase Mallory batteries for post-aural hearing aids at wholesale rates for retailing to persons suffering from a loss of hearing at a discount of the retailers' margin of 25 per cent.
