§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyThe Weights and Measures Act 1963 was based on the recommendations made by the Hodgson Committee in December 1950 and on subsequent consultations. In considering any further exercise of the powers conferred by the Act, the Board of Trade will have regard to those recommendations, in so far as they are relevant.
