§ Mr. BennThe Select Committee recommended that there should be a single organisation concerned with the design and construction of nuclear boilers. The Chairman of the Industrial Reorganisation Corporation was invited to seek the reactions of industry to this proposed reorganisation, and to give me his advice when he had completed his confidential discussions.
