§ Mr. DellThe United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority have already submitted a highly competitive tender for the supply of a nuclear power plant to Finland and Her Majesty's Government are doing everything possible to support this tender which is in a field in which the United Kingdom can justly claim to be pre-eminent.
