§ 61. Mr. J. H. Osbornasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to implement the resolution passed at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development II concerning the programme for the liberalisation and expansion of trade in manufactures and semi-manufactures.
§ Mr. CroslandThe resolution referred to records a decision by the Conference that a study of the question of restrictive business practices should be carried out, and that the Secretary General of the Conference should prepare an outline of the study. There is nothing in the resolution for Her Majesty's Government to implement.
