Q9. Mr. George Jeger

asked the Prime Minister whether in view of the North-East Regional Council's efforts to persuade industries in grey areas of Yorkshire to transfer to their Region, and thereby obtain the benefits of a development area, he will call for an urgent review of development area policy by all the Government Departments concerned.

On the assumption that my hon. Friend is referring to the North East Development Council, I would refer him to the Answer given by my right hon.
