§ Mr. GunterI do not have details of all natural gas contracts in Western Europe and cannot say what is the cheapest price. Comparisons of prices must in any case take account of the specification, quantity and point of delivery of the gas and of many other factors. There is no comparable agreement in Western Europe to that with the Phillips group covering a a supply at the beach from a major offshore gas field.
