§ 40. Dr. John Dunwoodyasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will move to amend the practice of the House so as to restrict oral questions to the Prime Minister to one per week per Member.
§ 42. Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Lord Privy Seal whether, in view of current concern among hon. Members about the present situation he will move to appoint a Select Committee on Procedure to re-examine the whole problem of Parliamentary Questions.
