§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Board's recommendations will have to be considered in the light of the Law Society's observations on the Report, which my noble Friend the Lord Chancellor expects to receive very shortly. Whatever decisions the Government may reach, the preparation of new scales of costs is bound to take some time, but the necessary preliminary work is proceeding as rapidly as possible.
