§ Mr. SwinglerThe Harbour Board's functions have not been transferred to a newad hoc body. They are to be transferred to the British Transport Docks Board under the Scheme now before Parliament.
The independent inspector recommended against the Ship and Boat Builders Federation's request for rep-presentation on the local advisory board to be constituted under the Scheme and this recommendation was accepted.
The inspector's fees and expenses for the inquiry amounted to £272; advertisement of public notices has cost £338.
