§ Mr. MacDermotWhere property is compulsorily acquired for new motorways, compensation is assessed on the same basis as for other acquisitions. The White Paper "Old Houses into New Homes" announced the Government's intention to bring payments for owner-occupiers of unfit houses up to full market value.
