§ 17. Mr. Barnettasked the Postmaster-General if he will carry out a review of the postal services in the constituency of the hon. Member for Heywood and Royton, in view of the non-delivery of letters and circulars in the area, as well as instances where notices of meetings, although posted in plenty of time, have arrived after the day of the meeting, not arrived at all or have been delivered to wrong addresses.
