§ 55. Mr. Ronald Bellasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government whether he is aware that developers are threatening private property owners with the use of the Land Commission's powers of compulsory purchase in order to facilitate purchases of land; and whether he will direct the Commission to withdraw their approval of this practice.
§ Mr. MacDermotI am aware of reports to this effect. The Land Commission do not approve of this practice.
