§ Mr. Elystan MorganNo sub-committee which my right hon. Friend has appointed is currently inquiring into the work of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. The hon. Member may have in mind however that a sub-committee of the Advisory Council on the Penal System is undertaking a study of the question of reparation by offenders; my right hon. Friend hopes to receive its report by the end of this year or early next year.
