§ Mrs. Gwyneth DunwoodyExport licences for arms supplies are normally granted only in respect of orders placed by Governments or their accredited agents against genuine military requirements. In these circumstances, we have no reason to believe that arms do not reach their stated destination, and we do not place a restriction on their subsequent resale.
