§ Captain Kerbyasked the Secretary of State for Defence what plans he has to transfer H.M. Submarine "Onyx" or another unit of the "Oberon" class to Argentina in order to facilitate the construction in Argentina of ships of this class under licence, or the placing of orders for such submarines in British shipyards.
