§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, before framing the Finance Bill to give legislative effect to his Budget proposals he will consult with the Greater London Council and other road fund licensing authorities to ascertain from them ways and means of ensuring that in future all road users are compelled to pay the road fund licence proposed in the Budget.
